I know I’m sure some of you heard, or viewed, the “When Parenting Goes Horribly Wrong” video of two 5 year old children bumping and grinding against each other. It was a little girl, doing all of these explicit dances against a little boy’s crotch, while he holds her in the backshot position. Here’s the video:
Now, depending on when you’re reading this blog, the video may become unavailable because it’s being pulled off of a lot of sites at this time. No fear, I have some still screenshots of it as well:
Just look at how he’s holding her hips and her behind. You have other children watching, cheering them on, parents pointing cheering them on AND making room for it to continue. This little girl didn’t learn this on her own. She is being encouraged to dance this way. Sadly, this is considered “semi-acceptable” to certain cultures. Especially West Indians. Yes my family is Jamaican, down to both of my parents, but I haven’t picked up a lot of the Jamaican ways. So I’m unable to understand or explain WHY this happens a lot within the West Indian culture. According to the Spanish language I heard on the video and the pigment of their skin tone, they may be either Domincan or Panamanian. I believe this is completely unacceptable. There have been many times where I have been to a child’s birthday party (a West Indian one) where something like this happens and most of the guests are cheering the children on. Then you got that one sane adult (preferably someone older than 65) that flies in there just to peel the little girl’s vagina off the floor from the split she’s doing and throwing her into a corner. And guess what the mother would be doing? Either she’s not there or she’s upset that the old lady just “stole her daughter’s shine”. Shameful.
The video disturbs me not only because I have a daughter myself but because it’s evident there was no one at this particular event to let the children know this is NOT how you conduct yourself. As a woman, or as a man. This is just confirmation to these kids that in order to get a man you need to toot your ass out and in order to keep her happy is to smack it. To treat her like nothing more than the sex object she’s portraying herself to be.
I still can’t get over the sweat on her back and the sexual positions.
