A lot of people ask me for advice on how to take care of their skin. Being that I’ve been working with a dermatologist for the past 4 years, if I have any problems, it will get solved immediately. My biggest problem is the T-zone shine. Often times my face will get oily straight across my forehead, then up and down my nose. Rule of thumb: Always moisturize! If you don’t keep your skin moisturized, your skin will produce it’s own oil due to the dryness, will will result in bad acne (pimples, blackheads or even cysts).
Here I will tell you my regimen and the products I use for my face. I will admit… they are pretty costly, but the long term effects are well worth it. The first thing we notice about people are their face. So why not let that face be radiant, beautiful and healthy?
1) Face wash: Neutrogena. I wash my face with this once in the morning, and once again at night.
2) Anti-Aging: Neocutis Bio Gel. Unique hydrogel that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Improves skin texture and tone to restore luminosity. This is ideal for normal to oily skin types. I apply this every morning, after I wash my face. Mostly used during the Winter.
3) Another Anti-Aging agent: Neocutis Journee. This item does the same as the Bio-gel. I use this when I’m out in the sun more. It has PSP®, anti-oxidants, hyaluronic acid and UVA/UVB protection SPF 30+ to rejuvenate, protect and hydrate skin. Every morning, after washing my face. Mostly used in the Summer.
If your acne is bad, especially if you have adult acne, instead of using Neutrogena face wash, you need to use Dermatique 5% Glycolic 2% Salicylic Acid Acne cleanser, twice a day.
For those that have issues with dark circles or bags under their eyes, you can use Neocutis Lumere Eye cream twice a day. If you have heredity bags, like myself, sorry, it won’t help. So don’t even bother, lol.
For those that are already having skin issues, I would suggest Neocutis Hyalis. Helps soothe and hydrate stressed, irritated skin. It’s also ideal for use as adjunctive care to drying dermatological treatments, such as rosacea, anti-acne and retinoid regimens.
Warning: These items are costly. You will definitely be spending at least $200. However, they last about 6 months a piece, and it’s well worth it in the end. I’ve been using items 1 thru 3 for the past year. Do I look 32?

Would you recommend any of these products for people with extremely sensitive skin?
