Still posting thought provoking entries which I love so much to read. My 2 abe lincolns on love.....it is a choice. we choose to love. and we choose to do many things in the name of love. give, sacrifice, forgive, show affection, kiss, make love, be silent, tell the truth, you name it. I use to think love was an emotion. but its not. that dilutes it actually. because our emotions can change. love is something deeper. something greater. something spiritual. something that fallible men did not make but have access to. though love is perfect. often what we do because of it isnt the best because WE are not perfect. which is why love should not have conditions or expectations on it. which is why we shouldnt change someone. if that person wants to change it is their choice. love is a choice. When I first met Keith I hated him. He was annoying, rude, and loud. I could not stand the poor kid. When we both got dumped at the same time in high school we began talking to one another about how terrible we both felt and then it moved from bitching about love to talking about eachother: our hobbies, favorite foods, etc. Now, 7 years later, we're still together.
